Yes, We Deliver! We offer same day delivery within Vancouver Monday through Saturday on orders placed by 1:00pm. We appreciate advance notice on deliveries so that we can make certain your order is filled perfectly! Delivery is not available on Sundays and public holidays. Please provide clear delivery details with a contact phone number to help us get your order there as quickly as possible.

You can trust us to deliver your flowers in a timely manner, and we will do everything we can to live up to that trust. Your ordering information , as well as your financial information, is 100% secure, and we have taken every measure to secure and protect our site.


There are times when it becomes necessary to substitute flowers in an order due to lack of seasonal availability. We do strive to maintain the value and integrity of every arrangement ordered, with particular attention to color and flower design components. When it is necessary to substitute, we will only use the same quality replacements that you would have expected in the original flowers.


During very busy and hectic holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Thanks Giving and Christmas we can not guarantee any timed order requests. We are very busy during these holidays and will do our very best to deliver all orders in a timely manner.

We want you to bee 100% happy with our product. If you are not satisfied with our flowers please notify Queen Bee Flowers within 48 hours of receipt and we will make it right. Flowers are perishable and due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not offer a money-back return policy for our flowers but we will go out of our way to make certain you are satisfied with a replacement. We will gladly replace any flowers damaged during delivery.


We are required by law to collect GST and HST tax on all orders delivered to addresses inBritish Columbia.
